Rike Reiniger´s monologue is based on the biography of the German Sinti-Boxer Johann "Rukeli" Trollmann. In 1933 he won the German light-heavyweight championship, but was stripped of the title by the German Boxing Federation because of "pathetic behaviour" - he had shed tears of joy. In 1942 Trollmann was brought to the concentration camp Neuengamme. In 1944 he was murdered in the subcamp Wittenberge. Only in 2003 was he officially awarded the Championship title, and the Champion?s belt was handed over to his relatives.ee is a celebrity.
